School Programs That Promote School Discipline, Student Motivation and School Climate( 0 to 33 pts. awarded) (Maximum 4 page answer allowed) III. Evidence of Sustained Effort of Improvement In Academic Achievement/Performance (0 to 33 pts. awarded)( Maimum 4 page answer allowed) IV. School Free and Reduced Lunch Percentage (used as an indicator of growth/environment). (no pts. awarded) V.
