Congratulations to Cheyenne Mtn. Junior High of Colorado Springs and Newton Middle School of Littleton, Colorado as they are named the top two finalists for the CAMLA/Lifetouch School of The Year Award for the state of Colorado!   The CAMLA award ceremony will be held on June 16th, in Denver Colorado at the famous CASA BONITA RESTAURANT Theatre.  The festivities start at noon, with all Denver TV Stations Invited to attend!  Who will win the coveted title?  If you are interested in attending, email your ticket reservations to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Congratulations to all these fine schools!   *All runner-up schools will be contacted in July to make arrangements for their local award presentations and PR events, provided by their local Lifetouch Studio, in August 2012. The NAMSP Board will select the 1st and 2nd place winners in each division by email ballot on June 16th, to be announced in Nashville on 6-26-12.

School Free and Reduced Lunch Percentage (used as an indicator of growth/environment). (no pts. awarded) V. It was confirmed today by Julie Hance of Lifetouch Studios, that Lifetouch has authorized a two-year extension of the NAMSP/Lifetouch "School of The Year Award" program for both Middle School and Junior High School Divisions!   As last year, each national champion school will receive a check for $1,500.00, a foyer banner and beautiful crystal trophy!   4 Runners Up, in each division will receive a check for $500.00, a foyer banner and trophy!   This year, all national finalists, when announced later in this year, will receive a check for $100.00!
